UAE CARBON ALLIANCE
The Brief
The UAE Carbon Alliance is a flagship initiative under the UAE Independent Climate Change Accelerators (UICCA), designed to mobilise private sector climate action. It brings together key UAE businesses and investors committed to decarbonisation and carbon market development, aligning their efforts with national net-zero goals. The alliance promotes innovation, education, and cooperation to make the UAE a global hub for high-integrity carbon markets.
In partnership with Beyond Words ESG specialists, our role was to design a series of on-brand communication emails for the UAE Carbon Alliance. These emails needed to reflect the authority and credibility of the coalition while remaining visually engaging and easy to digest. The objective was to support Beyond Words' copy strategy by delivering cohesive, branded emails that communicated the Alliance’s activities, initiatives, and thought leadership – helping to educate UAE businesses and expand engagement with the coalition.

The Solution
We designed a series of visually cohesive, on-brand email templates that elevated the professionalism and impact of the UAE Carbon Alliance’s communications. We ensured each campaign balanced clarity with creativity – reinforcing credibility while making the design accessible and engaging.
The first campaign achieved a remarkable 48% open rate and an 18% click-through rate – six times the industry average. This strong response was driven by a well-warmed audience, strategic personalisation, and highly engaging subject lines paired with thoughtful, branded design. The success validated our approach and laid the foundation for a scalable email marketing programme to grow alliance awareness and participation.
